Diagnostic Imaging Technical Support Specialist

Location: MA/RI/CT area

Salary is commensurate with experience

Position Requirements include:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related fields.

• 5+ years of work experience in a technical customer support role in a high-tech company.

• Experience with HIS/RIS systems, hospital workflow, digital imaging, and archiving.

• DICOM (modality and vendor communications) workflow Hospital, HL7 and HIS workflow.

• ECG experience is preferred.

• Expertise in networking and operating systems (UNIX and Windows), databases (Oracle and SQL), remote connectivity, security, and image processing.
