Sr. Mechanical Engineer (Medical Devices)

Location:  Boston, MA

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Primary Requirements Include:

  • B.S. in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering.
  • At least 8 years of mechanical design experience in Medical Device products (Class I, II, and III), with excellent oral communication skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of materials selection and biocompatibility.
  • Must have excellent documentation skills: DHF, Test Plan, Test Report…
  • Solid prior experience in design processes, design V&V, FMEAs, and DFM.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant Medical Standards: QSR, GLP, ISO13485…
  • Technical Skills should include: SolidWorks, Pro/E, 3D CAD, ANSI Y14.5
